// Request

If you need simple or just complex and highly accurate parts, you have come to the right place at Turntec Enterprise. We will discuss specifications and delivery times with you. Then our work preparation team will get to work on your drawings and specifications.

// Production

In our conditioned production hall we have at our production line, with many cnc machines and many spm machines that are operated 24-hours a day. Thanks to the combination of craftsmanship, advanced machinery, and thorough maintenance by our own technical department. We can produce a perfect end product from brass, copper, bronze, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, and rubber.

// Cleaning

Cleaning the products is not an afterthought for us but a standard element of the production process. After production, the products are cleaned and degreased by our washing line.

// Post-treatment

If your product requires further post-treatment, we can provide that too. Various post-treat such as Anodizing, Galvanizing, Chrome plating, Nickel plating, Blackening, Thermal deburring, Grinding, Polishing etc. We provide this treatment with our selected partners.
For identification and traceability (where applicable) we can mark your products and add your logo, for example.

// Checking

Together with you we determine the specifications and requirements the product must meet. Our operators already check during the production process whether the products meet these requirements.
After cleaning the product are sorted and ready for final inspection. After approval, the baskets are released to the warehouse for packaging and storage.

// Assembly

If require, we can also take care of the (pre-) assembly of your products. Think of assembling various parts into finished product or assembling various parts into one set.
For identification and traceability (where applicable) we can mark your products and add your logo, for example.

// Logistics

We package the finished product according to your requirements. To protect products from stains and corrosion, packers wear gloves. VCI paper is also enclosed with the packaging where appropriate. If you want, we can deliver your products on demand. This way you never miss out and are assured of timely delivery.
Thanks to our customized logistics, your products will be delivered on time, when and where you want them.
